Chief Executive Officer
Valerie Freeman
Valerie Freeman is cofounder and CEO of BravoTECH.
She has been in the staffing, search and workforce solutions consulting business since 1982 where she founded several other niche staffing companies, Imprimis Group, Freeman Leonard and AnserTEAM Workforce Solutions. She sold Imprimis Group several years ago. Before her path into entrepreneurship, Valerie served on the business faculty at El Centro College where she was instrumental in bringing office technology education to the Dallas College system. Beyond the award-winning success of BravoTECH, her leadership has extended into the business community at large, where she has served on many nonprofit boards. She was named to the Dallas Business Hall of Fame, Tech Titans Hall of Fame, and Women’s Business Enterprise Hall of Fame. She was honored with the Orbie Leadership Award by the Dallas CIO Association and Lifetime Achievement Awards from the Dallas Business Journal and the Alliance of Technology and Women. She was named to D CEO’s 500 Most Powerful Business Leaders several times. Other awards include the Athena Award from the Dallas Regional Chamber, Maura Award from the Texas Women’s Foundation, Women of Distinction from the Girl Scouts and Catalyst Award from ITSMF (Information Tech Senior Management Forum).
Currently, Valerie serves on the Board of Prime Women Media, a diversified media group which offers high quality entertainment to the over 50 woman. She also serves on Advisory Boards for Dallas AI and the Alliance of Technology and Women and the Audit Committee of the Dallas Museum of Art. Recently she became an inaugural board member of the Dallas College Enterprise Ventures, a new entity designed to drive new and innovative opportunities to support Dallas College. Valerie is a member of YPO Gold, International Women’s Forum, Dallas Assembly, Tech Titans technical trade association and Women’s Business Council of the Southwest. Valerie holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Education from the University of Houston, where she was honored as a Distinguished Alum and received a Cougar 100 Award.
President
Andrew C. Jackson
Andrew Jackson is a cofounder and president of BravoTECH.
He has spent more than four decades building and leading technical staffing organizations. Under his leadership, BravoTECH has grown from a local startup into a nationally recognized provider of technical workforce solutions, serving clients across the United States.
Andrew is a respected leader in the Dallas–Fort Worth business community and beyond. He is a past chairman of the board of TechServe Alliance, the premier national association for IT and engineering staffing firms. He has also served on both the national board and the DFW chapter boards of the Society for Information Management’s (SIM) and was inducted into the SIM Hall of Fame in 2024. In addition, Andrew has served as chairperson for the Dallas and Fort Worth chapters of the Texas Association of Business, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the National Kidney Foundation.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University and was inducted into the university’s College of Business Hall of Fame in 2008.
Chief Operating Officer
Robert Duhon
Rob Duhon is the Chief Operating Officer at BravoTECH, where he oversees the company’s day to day operations across sales, recruiting, and client care. In this role, Rob works closely with BravoTECH’s leadership team to ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and client delivery. He leads the management team and senior sales leaders, with a strong focus on operational excellence, team development, and consistent service quality.
With a background as both a recruiter and account manager, Rob brings a practical, client facing perspective to the business. He is actively involved in key client relationships, helping to design growth strategies, develop statements of work, and build custom solutions tailored to client needs. Rob holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree from Dallas Baptist University.

Kristen Lindner
As Vice President of Strategic Relationships at BravoTECH, Kristen is a relationship-driven leader who supports the company’s sales management and account teams on key strategic accounts, ensuring clients receive an exceptional and consistent experience across every stage of their partnership. With more than two decades of experience in total talent solutions, she helps enterprise organizations advance their transformation goals by aligning the right people, capabilities, and strategies to business-critical initiatives.
Kristen is known for building trusted, long-term client relationships and partnering closely with IT and business leaders across industries to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions. She brings a strategic, consultative approach to every engagement translating business objectives into results-driven talent strategies that create measurable value. Her expertise in executive engagement, strategic account leadership, and enterprise change initiatives enables her to anticipate client needs and drive clarity, collaboration, and innovation across complex programs.
Vice President of Recruiting
Kurt Scholl
With over twenty years of experience in the staffing industry, Kurt has led BravoTECH’s onshore and offshore recruiting delivery operations across the U.S. and India since joining the organization in 2018. Kurt drives strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovation in talent acquisition. Through his leadership, he has helped BravoTECH achieve the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company award four times.
A U.S. Navy veteran, Kurt also champions BravoTECH’s veteran initiatives.
BravoTECH has worked with us through the years to refine our hiring process, both giving and taking advice, and both suggesting changes to our processes and adapting to some of our own hard-and-fast rules for recruiting. The BravoTECH team works tirelessly to maintain productive relationships with all of our hiring managers. They have placed over a hundred of qualified candidates, from contractors to FTEs.
